Perimenopause:

Perimenopause is a prelude to menopause before your periods stop and can last on average from two to six years. While this may take a different length of time for each woman, it is when your ovaries have a decline in their function producing estrogen ad progesterone. You may experience one or all of the symptoms that accompany perimenopause such as irregular menstrual cycles, lighter or heavier bleeding, less or more frequent bleeding of shorter or longer duration, spotting in between cycles, hot flashes, night sweats and many of the symptoms that accompany the menopausal symptoms.

Ok, so now you are thinking, how could matters get worse? Well, before the ways to avoid some of these symptoms and conditions are more fully explained and set forth in a way that you can see that no matter what your age, menopause stage, condition or financial status, you can and should take steps to prevent the negative issues that come with menopause.

And, it will also be explained how there are actually many positive things related to this issue. While that may seem hard to believe at this point, it is true! First, let me explain that it is very important to maintain a positive attitude throughout your journey through menopause. The reasons are clear that you need an informed, preventative approach to this matter, and that it is also very important to be very aware of your mental as well as your physical symptoms.
